In this entry
A surviving medical servo can threaten a rebuilt clinic by attacking the equipment that keeps it operating. In this encounter, the machine reaches the refrigerator while staff are still moving a patient. A Lancer fires to stop it, and an independent synth helps with the evacuation. The target is powered equipment, but destroying it would put people's care at risk.
The attacking servo and the synth medic share the same underlying body. The servo retains its broadcast assembly and hostile order. The synth has had that hardware removed and is making its own decisions while helping the patient.
The clinic still needs attention after the immediate attack. Staff must check the refrigerator and its contents, inspect damaged equipment and continue caring for people. A weapon can help stop the machine without resolving those consequences. Protecting the clinic means keeping the service usable as well as preventing further physical damage to the room.
