Abandoned transport stations can hold maintenance supplies, parcel stock and equipment left when routes stopped operating. They also contain damaged vehicles and servos that worked there before the Turning. Large enclosed rooms and service areas make these sites difficult to assess. A Lancer may find valuable material without having a clear route for moving it out.
A station once connected many kinds of work: passengers, freight, maintenance and local transport. Its remaining stock can reflect all of them. A parcel room might contain usable goods while a nearby workshop holds the parts needed for a vehicle repair.
Recovery depends on access as much as the find itself. Broken stairs or blocked loading areas can make a heavy object impractical to bring home. A powered lamp or recovered charger also exists in the same space as surviving servos that still target electronics. Crews weigh those conditions against the likely value before committing time and transport to the job.
