Reconnection Debate
The city's reconnection debate concerns what the tower should do and who could gain power through it. Many Corpos want contact with other communities and a restored digital economy. Many Lancers fear another system people become unable to leave. Their proposed alternative is a sustained barrier against outside transmissions. Both plans require work that has not yet been completed.

Orbinet Terminals
Orbinet terminals are recoverable ground equipment from the Old World. The city's crews look for intact sets with their associated power equipment, records and fittings. Specialists assess compatibility before deciding how to use them. A terminal alone cannot restore the global service, but it may become part of the equipment needed if the tower can reconnect with a functioning orbital cluster.

Orbinet Restoration
The city's engineers are working toward restoring a surviving Orbinet cluster. They study old records and present observations while assembling compatible ground equipment. The aim is to coordinate enough orbital infrastructure to provide a useful connection again. That could allow isolated communities to exchange messages and information, but the project has not yet restored a global service.

Identity and Property Archives
Recovered blockchain and associated registry records can identify people, addresses, businesses and former assets. Hash Vault uses them to investigate what survived and where useful material might be found. Families may also discover leads about missing relatives. A historical entry can show that someone lived in a place without proving that they survived the Turning or still live there.

Blockchain Hardware
Blockchain hardware includes different kinds of machines with different recovery value. Mining equipment performed specialized network work. Archive computers may hold ledger copies and related records. One is not automatically the other. Lancers need to identify what they've found before committing transport to a heavy load, and specialists still have to assess its condition when it reaches the city.
